When Joseph Albo set a goal to ride a solo century in four hours or less, he knew it was going to be a challenge for a number of reasons. Albo drives trains for the Long Island Railroad, a demanding job with irregular hours; sometimes he would get home at 2:30 a.m. In order to fit his training into his schedule and make the absolute most of it, Albo needed all the help he could get.<br /><br />He called David Lipscomb, the head coach and cofounder of CIS Cycling, who created a training plan to help him get there. And the two used WHOOP to help Albo truly maximize his training.
